JWR is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire the Kitchen and F&B teams while ensuring top-quality service and operational excellence.
The Restaurant regularly serves in excess of 250+ covers for breakfast, with a more limited lunch & dinner.
This is a hands on role, where kitchen management experience would be a great advantage
Salary / Package:
- Salary up to £32,000 + 15% annual bonus,
- 32 days holiday
- 40-hour contract,
- Meals on duty

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the Kitchen and F&B teams.
- Maintain high food quality and safety standards.
- Oversee rostering, stock control, and cost management.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Act as Duty Manager when required.
