What You'll Do:
As our CDT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and enhancing the Curriculum Design and Technology (CDT) programme. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with educators to develop and implement engaging CDT curricula.
- organising workshops and events that inspire creativity and innovation.
- Supporting students in their projects and fostering a hands-on learning environment.
- Ensuring that all CDT resources are well-maintained and accessible.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to help students excel.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who embodies the following qualities:
- Educational Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly in CDT or related fields.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people
- organisational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Passion for Education: A genuine desire to foster creativity and technical skills in learners.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Education: Educated to degree level, or a minimum of A-Level or equivalent with substantial experience and further training
