The Role:

As a Renewals Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline of existing clients in the final four months of their contract. Your goal is to build strong relationships, understand their experience with the product, handle any objections, and successfully resign them onto a new plan or renewal of their existing service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in renewals or account management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of clients nearing contract end

  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships
