We are currently recruiting for a commercial property lawyer to join a thriving team in Bath. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi-office team environment. The team in question is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London, and across the UK.
You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases
- Lease renewals
- Lease management
- Property finance
- Development projects
- Corporate transaction support.
As the new Commercial Property Lawyer you will:
- Have the ability to solve problems
- Be Client-focused and have strong client handling skills
- Be able to instil client confidence
- Possess good negotiating skills
- Have strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude
- Display flexibility and be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Show a tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks within deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
