OVERVIEWThis is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious top-100 law firm as a Clinical Negligence Paralegal, offering strong prospects for career development and progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing case files by undertaking fee-earning work, or manage a small caseload of low-value or pre-funded matters under the supervision of qualified lawyers, including performing routine and straightforward legal tasks.
  • Draft legal documents using standard precedents and templates, ensuring they comprehensively address relevant legal and factual matters and accurately reflect client instructions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using appropriate tools and sources, and present findings clearly and accurately.
  • Perform all administrative duties relevant to the role.
  • Support fee earners in preparing for business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend business events where appropriate.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience within Clinical Negligence
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT platforms
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of client relationship management
