D365FO Programme Manager - £150k - UK & International Travel Required

Nigel Frank is assisting a global manufacturing business, on their search for an experienced D365FO Programme Manager. This key role will oversee the implementation of D365FO as well as some D365CE solutions across a global network of manufacturing sites, ensuring business benefits are fully met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EMEA deployment plan to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and business outcomes.
  • Guide Project Managers and SMEs, ensuring deployment goals and milestones are achieved.
  • Manage risks and resources, addressing critical issues and interdependencies with other projects.
  • Share best practices to improve deployment efficiency and reduce time lines.
  • Work with change management teams to ensure smooth adoption and consistent communication.
  • Engage stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and support for the deployment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in multi-location D365FO deployments in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership experience in matrix organisations and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills to drive smooth system adoption.
