REED Business Support in Bath is honoured to be working in partnership with a firm with offices country-wide in their search for an Office Manager for a 12 month period. 

Based in stunning offices in Bath this role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting people and ensuring smooth operations. This is a maternity cover position with the possibility of both full-time and part-time hours.

Starting in July 2025

£26,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:•    Greet visitors and manage reception duties.•    Set up meetings and client workshops, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.•    Handle correspondence, manage diaries, and perform general administrative tasks.•    Maintain electronic template files for new projects and manage internal business management systems.•    Track and raise invoices and handle other financial and HR-related responsibilities.•    Co-ordinate the maintenance of office facilities and manage the procurement of office supplies.•    Organise catering for meetings and handle stationery orders, photocopying, and scanning.•    Occasionally assist in organising events and preparing bids.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.•    Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.•    High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) •    Ability to draft and edit documents and emails to a high standard.•    Flexible problem-solving skills.
