As a part time Project Coordinator, you'll manage multiple moving parts, keeping stakeholders informed, processes on track, and standards high.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date systems and reports for project tracking and performance monitoring.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience - balancing efficiency with empathy.

- Exceptionally organised with strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Confident communicator who enjoys supporting people through structured processes.
- Previous experience in project coordination, HR support, onboarding, or education administration is ideal.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
