Juice is proud to be working with a school in Bath who is looking for some reception support for 2 weeks at the end of June.
Good customer service skills and experience of working in a busy environment would be very helpful alongside a courteous and empathetic nature.
We are looking for -
- Someone with good written and communication skills that is able to stay calm under pressure
- Answering calls
- Attendance support
- General admin
The right person would be -
- Enhanced DBS checked (Required)
- Proficient in SIMS
- Able to multi-task
- Confident speaking on the phone and taking accurate notes
Hours -
8 - 5:30 Monday - Friday
