Essentials:
- Previous Catering experience as a Chefpreferably within a School, high volume restaurants or contract catering environment (min 3 years working experience)
- Confident working in a busy kitchen
- Experience in producing food of a high quality
- Your own Uniform and safety shoes
- A current level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certificate
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Access to your own transport/ willing to use public transport
