Finance Business Partner

Location: Bath | Hybrid | Permanent

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for driving strategic decisions? We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to work for our client based near Bath. You need to provide crucial financial insights and analysis, helping teams across the business make informed decisions that support both performance and the outside impact.

In this role, you'll collaborate with budget holders and senior stakeholders, delivering accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights. You'll have the opportunity to work across different business areas tackling diverse challenges and influencing strategic decisions. Part of your role will be to also prepare the end to end management accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the trusted financial advisor to senior stakeholders and budget holders

• Prepare detailed management accounts and variance analysis to inform key decisions

• Collaborate across departments to set and achieve financial targets

• Ensure the highest standards of financial control and compliance
