Quantity Surveyor – Independent Consultancy with Unique Projects
Location: Bath
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Benefits + Flexible Working

Flagship Consulting is working exclusively with a highly respected, independent construction consultancy based in Bath, known for delivering a wide variety of interesting and bespoke projects across the South West.

Due to continued success and a healthy pipeline of work, they are now looking to recruit an intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor who is ready to run their own projects and take the next step in their career. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, close-knit team where your contribution will be highly visible and genuinely valued.

You’ll be working on a diverse range of schemes including heritage, residential, commercial, and bespoke one-off developments, managing projects from inception to completion. With plenty of autonomy, you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your work in a supportive and relaxed working environment.

• Manage your own projects across various sectors

• Provide cost planning, procurement advice, and post-contract cost management

• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and design teams

• Assist in the preparation of tenders, reports, and final accounts

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects

• 3–6 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (consultancy-side)

• Comfortable managing projects with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• MRICS (or working towards) is desirable but not essential

• Based in or around Bath (or willing to commute)
