This requirement is due to continued regional growth and the award of several new projects for 2026.

My client arelooking for a candidate with a good Main Contractor background, whilst having a proven history of operatingat a Senior Quantity Surveyor level. You will be capable of leading the Commercial elements of projects as a No.1 up to a relevant build value. Any experience in the above mentioned sectors would also be of benefit.

Youwill have support in the form of an existing Commercialteam, whilst reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director.
