REED Business support in Bath is delighted to be working in partnership with a local firm in Bath in their search for a Property  Manager. Working in a small team, you will be highly motivated and dedicated to delivering excellent results for their clients. You will need to have experience in leading a team, monitoring and motivating staff, along with the ability to create and acquire new business opportunities.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Managing the day-to-day running of the office•    Identifying areas for improvement•    Overseeing and participating in all aspects of the office •    Setting and reviewing office and personal targets•    Identifying opportunities for business growth •    Delivering quick response times and excellent customer service, ensuring staff members do the same•    Maintaining and building a happy, productive workforce•    Ensuring staff adopt procedures and policies correctly, making ad hoc checks as necessary•    Monitoring and motivating the team•    Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries, and complaints

Experience:

•    Minimum 2 years office management experience•    Self-motivation and drive•    Professional and well-presented demeanour•    Ability to manage and motivate staff members of all levels•    Reasonable IT knowledge and proficiency in adapting to new software systems•    A full driving licence and own vehicle
