Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an established and highly regarded property business in Bath to find a Property Manager to join their friendly, growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 years of experience in lettings or property, who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and enjoys managing multiple responsibilities with confidence.

DAY TO DAY
Youll work closely with the Asset & Tenancy Team to ensure tenancies are managed efficiently and landlords assets are protected and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords post-let.
Managing key boxes and the distribution of keys to contractors.
Raising work orders and coordinating quotes, suppliers, and contractors.
Booking in compliance checks, move-in and move-out cleans.
Sending tenant check-in and check-out communications.
Organising welcome packs for new tenants.
Supporting with deposit negotiations and void property management.
Coordinating pre-move-in works and advising on post-inspection requirements.
Managing end-of-tenancy invoicing and key collections.
Booking property inspections and preparing vacant management reports.
