Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading company based in Bath in their search for a Property administrator to join their team on a maternity cover. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties.

We welcome applications from individuals with varying levels of experience. The key to success in this role is a positive, proactive approach and a genuine interest in the property industry.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure work has been completed on time and within budget.
  • Process insurance claims and approve invoice payments.
  • Complete right to rent checks
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure properties have all documents for new tenants
  • Arrange pre-tenancy works.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with regulations.
  • To track and record correspondence and actions.
  • Assist in any relevant admin required
