About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Property Estates Support Officer to join a busy Estates team within a well-established utility company in the Southwest. This temporary role is designed to provide essential support by managing a high volume of general property enquiries and assisting the team with their operational demands.
You will assist the Estates team by handling enquiries, interpreting property-related documents, and maintaining accurate property records, all while benefiting from flexible working arrangements tailored to your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to a variety of general property-related enquiries.
- Review and interpret property documents including deeds, leases, titles, and plans.
- Provide advice and guidance based on legal and property management knowledge.
- Maintain and update property information systems and records with accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve property matters efficiently.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in property management, legal support, or a related field with familiarity in property documentation.
- Working knowledge of property law, HM Land Registry (HMLR), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret property records and mapping to inform advice.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing a high volume of enquiries efficiently.
