REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a highly prestigious and nice business with a beautiful centre in Bath.Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist / Front of House candidate to cover a crucial temporary period of time.

Start – Tuesday 27th May for 6 -8 weeks£12.60 per hourPart-time Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 10am – 5.30pm (22.5 hours per week)

Daily duties include: 

•    Acting as first point of contact for customers / guests •    Maintaining an attractive visual display of the working environment and ensuring that area is well-stocked, clean, and tidy•    Working closely with the manager to support other members of the team •    Assisting the Facilities Manager in maintaining the security and upkeep of the building, including monitoring CCTV •    Co-ordinating and working with the Manager to process event bookings and activities  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•    Proven customer service experience, ideally in a front-facing role•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team•    Competency in standard IT skills (Microsoft Office - Word/Excel)•    Highly organised, adaptable, and motivated with strong attention to detail
