They serve proper barista coffee and a fresh range of bakery items alongside pasties, patisserie, pastries and cakes. All made fresh and delivered daily by their in-house bakery team.

CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service?
- Experience making barista coffee
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results?
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales?
CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES
- Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
- Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling and offers
