Were recruiting for an exceptional Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead a high-end fine dining restaurant and bar within a boutique hotel environment. This role is suited to professionals who have operated at the highest level of hospitality and are confident overseeing restaurant, bar and wine service to exacting standards.
Full responsibility for the restaurant, bar and wine program
Lead , motivate and develop a team of approx.14
Maintain and drive Michelin / multi-rosette service standards on the floor & bar
Hands-on leadership within a refined, service-led operation
48 hours per week
Background in multi-rosette restaurants
Ideally Michelin star experience (or equivalent)
Strong bar and wine knowledge WSET Level 2 desirable
Proven experience leading teams in premium hospitality environments
Calm, polished and detail-focused leadership style
£50,000 salary
Approx. £3,500 per annum in tips
Assistance with relocation
48 hour / week contract
Superb staff meals while on duty
