The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for the full customer acquisition lifecycle, from identifying new prospects to closing deals. This involves generating sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound calling, and managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.They need a self-starter who thrives under pressure, thinks creatively, and can build rapport quickly in phone conversations. About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across phone, video call, and email.
A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in a sales environment.
Natural inquisitiveness and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
Day-to-day, you will:
Prospect new customers via phone, social selling and email.
Prepare for and conduct sales meetings.
Support prospects through trial processes.
Create and manage proposals and contracts.
Potentially mentor and motivate a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Deliver targeted revenue.
What they offer:
A competitive salary package: £55,000 - £65,000 OTE (uncapped), with a basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000.

Essential Skills & Experience:
2+ years of business development experience.
Evidence of previous sales success.
CRM experience.
Strong organisational skills.

Emotional intelligence and excellent listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
