We're working with a well-established SME contractor who provides responsive repairs and planned maintenance services to social housing and local authority clients across the North Somerset area. Due to ongoing demand, they are looking to welcome an experienced Multi-Trade Operative into their friendly and hardworking team.

The Role:You’ll carry out day-to-day repairs and planned works across occupied and void properties, ensuring a high standard of finish and excellent customer care. Jobs vary but typically involve plumbing or carpentry as the core trade, alongside associated multi-trade tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience in plumbing or carpentry (plus additional trades a bonus)

· Background in property maintenance, ideally in social housing or similar environments

· Someone who understands the needs of tenants and takes a respectful, tidy, and professional approach to work

· A self-motivated, decent person who works well independently and as part of a small, supportive team

· Full UK driving licence
