Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales and maximising opportunities in the store

  • Inspire the team to deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience

  • Working within a team and supporting all members, training colleagues and keeping within company guidelines and procedures.

  • Provide excellent service in-store delivered by every member of staff

  • Understand store targets and strive to exceed

  • Communicate targets and key information to the team through daily briefs and updates

  • Manage the team to keep a high performance in the Store Manager's absence.

  • Support and challenge the team to keep building customer relations and deliver perfect service

  • Lead by example, ensuring the team are brand ambassadors

  • Assist with store reports and provide analysis of sales and customers
