This rewarding short-term role puts you at the heart of residents' lives. You'll build meaningful relationships with your own portfolio of customers, helping them stay independent, safe, and connected to their community.
You'll be the friendly face they rely on, providing tailored support that makes a real difference every day-from helping with practical matters to creating opportunities that prevent loneliness and enhance wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
- Building relationships with residents in your portfolio, understanding their individual needs and creating support plans that help them live independently
- Helping residents with practical tasks like shopping, medical appointments, and social activities
- Completing yearly reviews to assess financial status and maximise income, arranging aids/adaptations, and care assessments
- Performing essential safety checks including fire alarm testing, telecare alarm testing, health and safety inspections, and water flushing
- Creating opportunities for residents to connect through community activities and events
- Working with other agencies to ensure coordinated support for residents
