The Job Role
- Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage the department
- Full autonomy in your role to recruit, train and develop your team
- An inspirational leader who drives service standards both front and back of house.
- An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your team leaders and the wider team, even in times of high demand.
- An experienced food & beverage manager that has the willingness to challenge and make improvements if standards arent meeting required levels.
- The food & beverage manager will be able to make decisions confidently.
- A passionate leader who drives sales through strategy and coaching the team
The Requirements
- Experience of managing a multifaceted department.
- The food & beverage manager will have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets
- Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
