A growing healthcare provider is seeking a Digital Project Manager to take ownership of its digital transformation roadmap. This newly created position offers the chance to build systems, streamline operations, and implement sustainable digital strategies across a highly respected healthcare organisation. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams to drive efficiency, reduce operational waste, and develop a scalable PMO function, making a real impact on patients and staff alike.

Based near Bath, this permanent role offers a salary up to £60,000 per annum. The role operates on a hybrid model, with 2–3 days on site expected weekly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver digital and IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Build project plans, business cases, risk logs, and technical documentation to support effective delivery.
  • Establish and embed project governance processes and develop a future-fit PMO framework.
  • Map current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for digital innovation and efficiency gains.
  • Act as the digital lead in internal and external stakeholder meetings, including steering groups.
  • Champion best practices in project delivery while mentoring and supporting others involved in digital change.

Skills & Experience:

  • Formal qualification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP) with proven delivery in digital transformation roles.
  • Strong experience managing multiple digital projects, ideally within regulated or healthcare environments.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating business needs into digital solutions.
  • Working knowledge of project tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Monday.com) and experience building frameworks from scratch.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a passion for reducing waste and enhancing user experience.
