What Will You Do?
- Master the art of payment allocation and invoice management, ensuring every transaction is accurate and timely.
- Process payments to clients and third-party contractors, maintaining smooth financial operations.
- Tackle rent arrears with confidence, communicating effectively with landlords and tenants to resolve issues.
- Handle deposit allocations and returns with precision, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain impeccable records through diligent filing, general admin, and month-end processes.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct credit and referencing checks for prospective tenants, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience in accounts or finance, with a track record of accuracy and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, solving problems proactively.
- Experience with Sage Line 50 is a plus, though not essential.
