Operations Administrator
Location: Bathgate, EH48
Full-Time | Permanent

Your Role

You'll support both our Commercial and Technical departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective administration across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial:
* Administer tender processes and subcontractor documentation
* Maintain insurance trackers and COINS records
* Manage subcontractor accreditations via CQMS
* Process timesheets, payment trackers, and expenses
* Handle invoice and payment applications
* Maintain H&S and O&M manuals

Technical:
* Raise purchase orders and manage invoices/fees
* Update drawing registers and manage Premier Guarantee platform
* Assist with procurement and certification tracking
* Attend meetings and manage action logs

What You'll Bring
* Experience in property administration
* COINS system knowledge is essential
* Familiarity with Bluebeam (preferred but not required)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and diary management
* Calm and efficient under pressure
