Office Angels are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic property company in Bathgate. They're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting the business day-to-day.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the friendly first point of contact - handling calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
  • Welcoming clients and visitors and making sure they feel well looked after
  • Providing admin support across all areas of the business to keep things running smoothly
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
  • Staying on top of inboxes and responding to queries promptly and helpfully
  • Scanning, filing, and keeping documents organised and accessible
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing materials using Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Encouraging client engagement and requesting reviews
  • Supporting diary management and helping coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Occasionally assisting with property viewings - a great way to get involved in the client experience
  • Helping with petty cash and basic financial admin tasks
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and sharing useful insights with the team
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Updating internal systems and databases to keep everything accurate and up to date

? What Do you Need?:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and (ideally) Canva
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
