Day-to-day of the role:

Working for a well-established residential childcare provider based in Scotland. Providing high-quality care to children and young people in a residential home. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential care setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of each child in your care, helping them to achieve their individual goals and live in a nurturing, supportive environment. As a keyworker, you will work as part of a team, and provide day-to-day care, support, and guidance, while maintaining positive relationships with the children, their families, and external professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

You must be a driver, have at least 2 years UK experience and have SVQ level 2 or 3. This company are also offering Senior positions at £40k+ per annum! (Please note, we do not offer sponsorship for this role)
