Warehouse Order Picker

NAS Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Order Pickers for our client in Bathgate, required for dayshift and backshift positions with immediate starts available. This role involves working at a large distribution centre. These are temp to perm positions and will lead to permanent employment providing attendance/timekeeping and performance are to required levels.

The core rota system requires availability 5 days out of 7, including weekends, with a guaranteed weekend off every 3 weeks. Set shift patterns migth also be avialable, subject to requirements.

Various shifts available – Days/Backs/Nights, approx. 8 hours a day.

• Dayshift start times range from 06:00/08:00 to finish, but can vary.
• Backshift start times range from 12:00/18:00 to finish, but can vary.

• Nightshift start times range from 20:00/22:00 to finish, but can vary.
• Full time and part time shift patterns available.
• Pay rates – from £14.68-£18.35 per hour.

Due to the location and start times, candidates must have their own transport unless they live within walking or cycling distance from the site.

Applicants must also have previous warehouse picking experience. Please note the work can be repetitive and involves a degree of heavy lifting. Candidates will also be required to pass drug and alcohol screening at induction.
