Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.

Currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our fantastic team in Birstall.

This exciting and challenging role will entail planning and organisation. The successful candidate will have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude & willingness to work as part of an effective team. You should be a good team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service. Communication internally and externally will be a key requirement. Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be preferable however full training will be given.
 

The Role

  • Responsible for ordering vehicles, communicating with the factory on vehicle progression and alterations on original orders.
  • Vehicle registration for both new and used vehicles.
  • Liasing with Bodybuilders for completion dates.
  • Responsible for updating & maintaining sales database.
  • Entering all invoices relative to new vehicles onto deal sheets, coding and updating the sales system.
  • Co-ordinating vehicle movements. 
     

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 08.30am until 17.00pm
