Harte Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity on behalf of the client, a multi-award-winning estate agency in Greater Leeds. A skilled Property Administrator is sought to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Lettings or Property Administration who thrive in environments that value autonomy, minimal micromanagement. In your role as Property Administrator, you’ll be managing a high volume of tasks at any one time and working from various systems. The Package:

  • Up to £26,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (37 hours per week)

The Property Administrator Role:

  • Assisting the other team members with sales and lettings compliance support for the entire group
  • Dealing with regulatory and legal compliances (Update EPC, Gas Safety and ECIR property inspection)
  • Taking ownership of your own workload and manage your own inbound queries and requests from the group
  • Dealing with rent arrears on your own behalf
  • Reconciliation of invoices and banking
  • Carrying out outbound calls to the wider group, dealing with enquiries and administration requests

The Person:

  • Previous experience within the property sector is essential
  • Self-motivated, well organised and ability to use own initiative
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT skills must be at an advanced level
  • Reconciliation/banking experience advantageous
