Are you a motivated and ambitious Litigation Solicitor seeking an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fee-earning role? A well-established firm is looking for a talented individual to join its dynamic Litigation Department, managing a diverse caseload and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle fee-earning work while contributing to departmental profitability
  • Manage a caseload spanning Civil disputes, Landlord matters, Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Employment cases
  • Adhere to LEXCEL quality standards and firm-wide policies to maintain compliance
  • Supervise support staff and coordinate related services effectively
  • Support business growth through client development and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records using a case management system
  • Achieve set billing and time recording targets
  • Identify and pursue new fee-earning opportunities while collaborating with colleagues to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation
  • Expertise in key dispute resolution areas listed above
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to take ownership of client matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in case management
  • Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
