The successful Junior Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of multiple projects while learning best practices in customer communication, supply chain coordination, and operational planning. Ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a desire to grow within a supportive team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Junior Project Manager:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of 20–25 live projects, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
  • Help maintain up-to-date records within the project management system.
  • Support the coordination of bespoke shipments through third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to customers under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help update supplier forecasts and participate in discussions around changing priorities.
  • Respond to customer and internal queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding materials and delivery schedules for assigned projects.
