The successful Junior Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of multiple projects while learning best practices in customer communication, supply chain coordination, and operational planning. Key Responsibilities for the Junior Project Manager:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of 20–25 live projects, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Help maintain up-to-date records within the project management system.
- Support the coordination of bespoke shipments through third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to customers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help update supplier forecasts and participate in discussions around changing priorities.
- Respond to customer and internal queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding materials and delivery schedules for assigned projects.
