About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee and champion the delivery of high-quality training across our national branch network. You will support our team of trainers, ensure consistency of delivery, drive compliance, and be instrumental in shaping and embedding our training strategy.
Key Responsibilites
- Line manage and support our team of trainers, ensuring they deliver engaging, compliant, and impactful sessions.
- Oversee training delivery across residential and community sites, including the newly introduced tiered training model.
- Monitor and support adherence to Skills for Care, CSTF, and CQC standards.
- Conduct trainer observations, spot checks, and performance reviews to maintain high delivery standards.
- Liaise with operational and compliance teams to ensure training data and compliance reports are accurate and up to date.
- Play an active role in trainer recruitment, onboarding, and standardisation.
- Work closely with the Head of Training on strategic projects, training launches, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Extensive experience working in the Health / Social Care sector
- Demonstrated success as a people manager with experience leading teams
- Proven background in designing and delivering training within health and social care
- Strong understanding of CQC, CSTF and Skills for Care frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and confident travelling nationally when required (Full Uk License required including access to your own vehicle)
Desirable
- CIPD, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience in a national or multi-site training lead role
