Senior Planner - Beaconsfield

The Role
As a Senior Planner, you will:
Lead and manage a wide range of planning projects, from initial appraisals to application and appeal stage.
Provide expert advice to clients across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.
Undertake site assessments, policy reviews, and planning research.
Prepare and submit high-quality planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation.
Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
Mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to grow the team's capability.
About You
We are looking for a motivated planning professional who can demonstrate:
A degree and/or master's in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited).
MRTPI Chartered membership (or working towards Chartership).
3-6 years' experience in planning consultancy or local authority.
Excellent report-writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships.
