Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships. - Overseeing the timely and accurate completion of audit assignments, ensuring compliance with professional standards. - Planning and efficiently allocating work to your team, monitoring progress against internal budgets. - Conducting regular reviews of work to uphold compliance standards and mentor junior team members. - Interacting with clients to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the audit process. - Assisting Partners with the analysis of work in progress and contributing to new business opportunities.**About You** The ideal candidate will possess: - A minimum of 6 years' accountancy practice experience, specialising in Audit and/or Accounts. - ACA or ACCA qualification. - Proficiency in IT, including Excel and audit/accounts software such as CCH Accounts Production and CCH Audit Automation. - A commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) and maintaining high professional standards. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment that values your contributions and encourages progression.
