Marketing Executive

Location: West London

Salary: Up to £45,000 + car allowance + 10% bonus

Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)

A leading London-based residential property developer is seeking two experienced Marketing Executives to join their expanding team. This premium housebuilder has an impressive portfolio of developments across London and is renowned for their commitment to quality and design excellence.

You'll benefit from a hybrid working arrangement with flexibility across their headquarters, various development sites, and a creative agency space in Farringdon. One position is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to become permanent.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for residential developments
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, CGI imagery, and digital content
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers
  • Organise and attend property launches, exhibitions and events
  • Support the sales team with marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on marketing activities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company's marketing approach
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' marketing experience, preferably within residential property development
  • Demonstrable experience working with CGI and traditional marketing methods
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative thinking with keen attention to detail
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience working with creative agencies and external suppliers
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
