Paraplanner- Mortgage Administrator

Part time 3 days a week 9.00-5.00 permanent

The Role

Provide a high level of support to all clients from initial contact to mortgage completion.

Answer incoming telephone calls and taking the initiative to deal with client and provider enquiries.

Support the advisers with lender research.

Contact banks, lenders, providers, accountants, estate agents and solicitors for relevant information required to progress mortgage applications.

Draft suitability reports for the advisers to review.

Overview all case requirements and associated compliance for each case.

Provide daily administration support to advisors

Use company back-office systems to input and maintain accurate client records.

Ensure that all business documentation and supporting documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. Processes, workflow, and tasks are also completed to the required company standards within agreed timescales.

Communicate effectively with clients, product providers, and colleagues. Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients (progress chasing).

Input and update client information into the CRM.

Develop CRM processes to improve general efficiency.

Demonstrate ability to accurately execute processes and document controls. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes.

Ability to use Affordability Hub, Criteria Hub an advantage.
