About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and resilience
- Utilise a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to track pupil progress and inform future planning
- Develop strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to enhance both academic achievement and personal growth
- Actively contribute to the wider school community through involvement in enrichment activities, school events, and collaborative planning
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified teacher with a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners
- Skilled in designing creative, purposeful lessons tailored to the developmental needs of KS1 pupils
- Experience in Key Stage 1 assessment and curriculum delivery is advantageous, though not essential
- Dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
