We are working on behalf of a long-established and well-regarded law firm with offices in Beaminster and Bridport to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking for flexibility and a supportive environment.

The Role:You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Commercial conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Solid experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Commercial property experience (advantageous)
