Are you an experienced Tutor with a background in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for passionate individuals to deliver Functional Skills English and Maths sessions to young people who require personalised, one-to-one support.
As a Tutor, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised Functional Skills sessions.
- Support learners with a wide range of additional and complex needs.
- Adapt your teaching style to suit individual learning goals and abilities.
- Build positive relationships with learners and their support networks.
- Maintain professional standards and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.

- You have experience working with learners with SEN and other additional needs.
- You're confident in planning and delivering tailored English and Maths content.
- You're flexible, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.
- You're reliable, professional, and passionate about helping young people succeed.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
