Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Beccles. This role offers a dynamic work environment where organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative duties. Previous admin experience is advantageous but not required.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Greet visitors and manage reception duties, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage the filing system, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Perform general office duties, such as organising office areas, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
