We are looking for a Qualified Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Beccles. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive setting, delivering high-quality education to children and young people with a variety of needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

About the Role:

As a classroom teacher in the SEN provision, you will create and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that support both academic and personal development. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff to ensure each pupil receives the care and education they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and teach creative, differentiated lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs

  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress and development

What We're Looking For:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Child DBS on the update service
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in SEN or with pupils with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
  • A nurturing, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
  • Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
