Are you a skilled Welder/Plater looking for a new opportunity? Hales Group is excited to offer a permanent position with our client in Beccles. You'll be part of a dedicated team, working on a variety of projects to produce, maintain, and repair high-quality products. What You'll Do:

Perform MMA and Fluxcore or MIG Welding
Work with Aluminium, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel
Set up and adjust welding equipment
Create quality welds based on technical drawings
Conduct continuous quality inspections and repairs
Prepare products by grinding, drilling, and milling
Ensure all equipment is in top working order
Maintain a safe and clean workspace

What We're Looking For:

Experience in MMA and Fluxcore or MIG Welding
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of welding equipment and safety standards
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Mechanically and technically minded
