We are a growing independent Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload.

We go above and beyond to deliver a 5 star service to our candidates and clients at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels; LinkedIn, Job boards, personal networks, social media and referrals.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates.
  • Advertising our live jobs on the company website and job boards.
  • Reviewing advert responses.
  • Matching suitable candidates to shortlists.
  • Pre-screen candidates on the telephone.
  • Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Obtain interview feedback.
  • Update and cleanse our CRM database.
  • Generate leads for the sales team to follow up.
  • Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll
  • Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references).
  • Create Social Media content.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
  • Resourceful and able to use own initiative
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate
