Our client a fine dining Italian restaurant based in Beckenham in South London is now looking for a Sous Chef.
Everything is made from fresh, and the Sous Chef role can lead to being promoted to a Head Chef role.
This is a busy and upmarket operation, and extremely popular with the local clientele
The Sous / Senior Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients.
There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs, and the role is for an immediate start
Its a must that the ideal Sous Chef has experience in Italian cuisine and able to travel to and from Beckenham in South London.
The Sous Chef will receive:
A salary up to £50,000 per year and depending on experience
Work 44/45 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
