A well-established car body shop in Beckenham is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join its team. This role offers a competitive salary of 40,000-50,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) and traditional panel beating techniques
Remove dents, scratches, and structural damage with precision
Straighten and align vehicle frames using specialist tools
Prepare vehicles for painting and complete repairs to a high standard
Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in panel beating
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
Proficiency in using specialist panel beating tools and equipment
Attention to detail and ability to work to the highest standards
Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid UK driving license
ATA Accreditation is advantageous but not essential
