Are you passionate about supporting children with challenging behaviour in a mainstream primary school setting? We are looking for a committed and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Beckenham from January 2026.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, You Will:

  • Provide targeted in-class and small group support to pupils displaying challenging behaviour

  • Help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills

  • Promote a calm, structured, and encouraging learning environment

  • Support the class teacher in implementing consistent behaviour strategies

  • Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress



We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience supporting children with challenging behaviour in a school or similar setting

  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Is confident working within a mainstream primary classroom
